gglot Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "gglot", "the Company", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the gglot online gaming platform accessible at gglot.org.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, accesses, or uses the gglot platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the gglot website at gglot.org, including all games, services, features, and content accessible therein via desktop or mobile browser.
• " Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the gglot platform.
• "Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (₱) funds held in a Player's gglot Account at any given time.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a Player on any game or event available on the gglot platform.
• "Bonus Credit" refers to any promotional funds, free bets, cashback, or incentive credits awarded to a Player by gglot.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by gglot to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the gglot platform in any manner — including but not limited to registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are accessing the gglot platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in connection with your account or wagering activity;
• You are not a prohibited person as defined in Section 8 of these Terms.

gglot reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

To access the full features of the gglot platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all gglot accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active gglot account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, and valid contact details.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. gglot will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login details.
• Non-transferability: gglot accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account or any balance therein to any third party.
• Notification of changes: You must promptly notify gglot of any changes to your registered details by updating your account profile or contacting our support team.

gglot reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

Access to the gglot platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling in the Philippines.

By registering an account, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older. gglot employs verification procedures to confirm the age of Players, which may include requesting a copy of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document such as:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Philippine Passport
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Voter's ID issued by the COMELEC

Any account found to be registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. Any balance in such an account will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities. If you are aware of any minor accessing the gglot platform, please contact our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the gglot platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction via supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Processing times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours. Bank transfers to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank may take 1 to 3 banking days depending on the receiving institution.
• Own funds only: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• KYC prior to withdrawal: gglot reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be held pending verification without liability to gglot.
• Transaction limits: gglot may apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

gglot does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which gglot bears no responsibility.

gglot may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Credit may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings derived from Bonus Credit that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• gglot reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms.
• A Player may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Players who already hold an active promotional balance are not eligible for additional overlapping bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, use of software to exploit bonus conditions, or deliberate low-risk wagering strategies to convert Bonus Credit, will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on the gglot platform across all game categories including live casino, slots, sports betting, sabong, bingo, and fishing games:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. gglot will not cancel or amend a confirmed wager except in circumstances of manifest technical error or clear pricing error, at gglot's sole discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. Current limits are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, any affected wagers will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game provider's fair resolution policy. gglot will communicate the outcome to affected Players.
• Winnings from valid wagers will be credited to a Player's account balance upon settlement of the relevant game round or event.
• For sports betting, all results are determined based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. gglot reserves the right to void bets where official results are not available or are subject to ongoing dispute.
• Suspected match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraudulent wagering will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances pending investigation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gglot platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account or accessing the platform on behalf of a third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments to fund your account;
• Attempting to launder funds or engage in any financial crime through the platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to exploit platform functionality;
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer format;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to gglot;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward gglot staff or other platform users;
• Accessing the gglot platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the gglot platform — including but not limited to the gglot name, logo, branding, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of gglot or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gglot platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any platform software;
• Use the gglot name, logo, or branding for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from gglot.

Any unauthorised use of gglot's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gglot's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gglot shall not be liable for any of the following losses, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or account information resulting from the Player's own negligence or system failure on the Player's device;
• Losses resulting from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical faults beyond gglot's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• Indirect or consequential losses of any nature arising from wagering activity on the platform.

The gglot platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gglot makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the platform.

gglot collects and processes personal data from Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

gglot will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with third-party service providers solely for the purposes of operating the platform, processing transactions, conducting KYC verification, and complying with regulatory obligations.

Data subjects have rights under applicable Philippine data protection law, including the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data. Please refer to the gglot Privacy Policy for details on how to exercise these rights.

gglot is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gaming for all Players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at any time through your account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session time limits: Set automatic reminders or session cut-offs to manage your time on the platform.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period if you need a break from gaming.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the gglot platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose. gglot does not accept any liability for losses incurred by Players who continue to wager after implementing self-imposed limits or who access the platform in breach of a self-exclusion order.

gglot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identification or registration information;
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements;
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Chargebacks initiated against gglot by a Player's payment provider;
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive or court order requiring account closure.

Upon termination of an account for cause, gglot reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found upon investigation, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Credit) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gglot support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method, provided all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied.

gglot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gglot will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to active Players via the email address registered on their account or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions each time you access the gglot platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the gglot platform and, if applicable, request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gglot platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players are encouraged to seek resolution through gglot's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our customer support team. gglot will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

gglot's decisions on matters of game outcomes, wager settlement, and platform rules are final in the absence of a clear and demonstrable technical or administrative error.
